Sealed quotations are invited from reputed suppliers / stroke authorized dealers fro supplying the following item(s) to Contai Co-operative Bank Limited.

Terms and Conditions of Tender

1. The rates should be quoted per each unit both in words & figures in INR.
2. The rates should be inclusive of all Taxes, installation charges, delivery charges at site(s), no additional payment will be made.
3. Authorized Dealers should submit copy of their Authorization copy of PAN, copy of Service Tax Registration etc. along with quotation in the sealed cover.
4. Reputed Suppliers will include copy of their PAN, Service Tax Registration, copy of Credentials (Last one year), copy of Trade License etc. along with the quotation in a sealed cover.
5. The suppliers / stroke dealers must mention the warranty period of the item(s) in the quotation. Successful quotation will have to execute and agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper purchased in their name regarding providing servicing of the item(s) within the warranty period at the call of the Bank.
6. Quotation Paper should be downloaded from the link given above. The cost of each form is Rupees One Hundred Only (Rs.100/-) Non-Refundable which is require to be deposited in Cash during submission of the quotation. If the quotation be sent by post, a Demand Draft of the said amount drawn on any Nationalized Bank
   favouring "Secretary, Contai Co-operative Bank Limited" payable at Contai, should be attached with the quotation paper.
7. Last date of submission of quotation so as to reach at Head Office of the Bank on or before 26th September 2011, 4.00pm.
